😈 is used to announce a small joke in preparation ("wait until you see what I have planned for them 😈"), to slip a naughty undertone into a romantic conversation, or to display mischievous satisfaction after a successful small provocation. It often appears at the end of a message to give a teasing tone to a sentence that might otherwise seem neutral.
